Tri County Internal Medicine is one of the only independent medical practices in the Buford/Sugar Hill area, and it is the longest established medical practice. It has grown to over 40 employees, including two doctors, two nurse practitioners, and two physician assistants. It is the people who make Tri County what it is and we are extremely proud of our staff. We all work together to help our patients and provide the best possible care.

Bilingual staff

We have a number of Spanish speaking providers, medical assistants, and office staff to ensure our patients have the best experience possible.

Same day sick visits

If you are sick or experiencing a problem requiring a doctor’s appointment, simply call the office and we will do our best to schedule you an appointment as soon as possible. We also accept walk-ins.

Wellness visits

Learn about your health and how you can avoid potential illnesses with a preventive care visit such as an annual wellness visit or a complete physical.

Extended availability

We know that getting sick is not always convenient. That is why we have later appointments available on Wednesday evenings and some Saturday availability.

Insurance coverage

We are contracted with most major insurance companies, provider networks, and we participate with Medicare. Contact your insurance provider for coverage specifics.

Patient portal

We are pleased to offer you access to a secure patient portal free of charge where you can immediately access vital medical information. We use the Healow portal.
