We are a primary care medical practice located in Sugar Hill, GA that is dedicated to providing fast and effective medical care.

Bilingual staff

We have a number of Spanish-speaking providers, medical assistants, and office staff to ensure patients have the best experience possible.

Same day sick visit

If oyu are sick or experiencing a problem requiring a doctor’s appointment, simply call the office and we will do our best to schedule you as soon as possible. We also accept walk-ins.

Wellness visits

Learn about your health and how to avoid potential illnesses with a preventive care visit such as an annual wellness visit or a complete physical.

Extended availability

We know that getting sick is not always convenient. That is why we have later appointments available on Wednesday evenings and some Saturday availability.

Insurance coverage

We are contracted with most major medical insurance companies, provider networks, and we participate with Medicare. Contact your insurance provider for coverage specifics.

We are in-network with Kaiser Permanente. If you have a Kaiser HMO plan you need to call the member services phone number on the back of your Kaiser insurance card to assign either Dr. Robert Dambach or Dr. Christopher Borrego as your primary care physician (PCP) if you have not already done so. Just make sure to tell the Kaiser representative that you need them to make the PCP change effective immediately. Once you have one of our two physicians listed as your PCP, then you can see any of the providers in our office.
