Kaiser
We are in-network with Kaiser Permanente. If you have a Kaiser HMO plan you need to call the member services on the back of your Kaiser insurance card to assign either Dr. Robert Dambach or Dr. Christopher Borrego as your primary care physician (PCP) if you have not already done so. Just make sure to tell the Kaiser representative that you need them to make the PCP change effective immediately. Once you have one of our two physicians listed as your PCP, then you can see any of the providers in our office.
